Leather and Cow Hide

The use of leather has become a norm for us now. We started out testing a few special covers in our Golden Nuggets Collection, and soon realized how delicious an extra layer of leather is to ride on and the additional comfort it provides whether the saddle beneath is already of leather. The ALL leather bicycle saddle covers are very durable and get better with time. Just like a nice pair of leather shoes.

Limited Editions

PedalShed covers are made primarily from up-cycled textiles from Kvadrat and Gabriel of Denmark. Fabrics which have not been used (or left over) while producing some of Denmark's beautiful Designer furniture. As our saddle covers are made from up-cycled fabrics we are only able to produce a small quantity of each style. To us, this makes each style that much more special!

Originals

The range of Original saddle covers are made to be waterproof both inside and out. The textiles used are therefore different from the Limited Edition Kvadrat textiles which are only splash proof on the inside (to cover a wet saddle). Instead the Originals, so called as they were the original idea, "an umbrealla for your saddle" are made largely from top quality oilcloths or Austrian made Markise textiles.

Paul Smith Textiles

We love stripes! The covers here are all handmade with Paul Smith textiles on top of the saddle from some of the British designers classic patterns. These superb coloured textiles have been carefully paired with complimenting fabrics for the rim of the covers.
